Sparkle is a combination of metallic fabric, sequins and felt that sparked my interest in nunofelt with a metallic componant.

The contrast of textures between wool fibre and scintillating sequins adds to work that can seem both airily light and also sculpturally dense. Sparkle balances contrasting qualities beautifully, and is a great way to add a unique accent to Fall 2010's layered, textural look.

Some Sparkle neckpieces are long enough to be wound twice round the neck or once round the waist, as sashes and jeans belts.  Many of them are also used as hair wraps or ties.
